Ghana can proudly say the country is the βHub of Talented musiciansβ. One of its versatile musicians Darryl Paa Kwesi Bannerman-Martin, popularly known on stage as Joey b had an interesting interview with Sammy flex. These are excepts of the interview on Showbiz agenda:

SF: Tell us About your church life, your relationship with other musicians and processes surrounding the release of songs.
JB:Β I stopped church in 2018 but I donβt play with God and my fans. βIf you put a gun to my head to deny God, I prefer to dieβ. In the music industry, I donβt have anything against anyone thatβs why I connect with all of them. People might need controversies before releasing their music but I donβt need any controversy before I release a song. All I do is to pray to God and thatβs all. If it doesnβt go well I will try again.

SF: Tell is about the ladies and Wealth
JB: I am not an angel, I am human with feeling so once in an while if I see a nice girl, I go in for her.
I donβt like showing off what I have. I am a humble person and even prefers to walk. I love My Sissy Watch thatβs all.

SF: Tell us about your βAkobamβ song and what if someone claims copy right of the song?
JB: I was a kid when I heard the Akobam song. If someone claims copyright of the song, I am ready to go to court with the person. As a matter of fact, I have even helped them to market their product for free because it not relevant now.

SF: Tell us about hit songs and do you have a song with Shatta Wale?
JB: Shatta wale is my Gee. Music is all about timing, I have a song with shatta wale and waiting for the right timing to drop it.
BUT I have a problem with Zylofon because they didnβt help me. The Zylofon deals were juicy and I donβt understand why zylofon media did not help me cuz that was my lowest point in my career hence I needed help. I thought it was a kind of βrow callβ so I was waiting patiently for my turn but it never came.

SF: What do you think about the Kumerican vibe as well as Obuor and Okraku Mantey for Creative art positions?
JB: I can join the Kumerican space because I like them and wish they go far in their career. Both Obuor and Okraku Mantey are significant in my life. Obuor changed my life in so many ways and Okraku Mantey is my dadβs friend but I donβt think both are not fit for the job.

SF: Tell us about the COLD song with Sarkodie.
JB: I sent the beat to sarkodie and never liked the fact that he used it to address shatta waleβs issues in his advice song. I am saying this because I didnβt want it to look like I am βforming an allianceβ.
Joey B was kind surprised to see yaw Gray in the studios of Zylofon fm. He further went on to let listeners know his love for Yaw Gray as well as him being part of his playlist.
LAST WORDS FROM JOEY B
