The former President Jerry John Rawling, the National Democratic Congress’s (NDC) founder, has congratulated Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang on her appointment as Vice-Presidential candidate for the NDC.

Among a list of shortlisted candidates, Professor Opoku-Agyemang seems to be the favorite said Mahama(former President).

When the flag bearer( Mahama) and other Party executives called Rawlings to introduce their choice of Vice President, this was what he said👇🏾

“If this was the case then there was no reason to stand against it even though I had a few others in mind,”

The party founder urged Professor Opoku Agyemang to stick to her principles of integrity. Furthermore, he urged Ghanaians to register towards the December Presidential and Parliamentary elections as well as calling on political parties not to engage in activities that will create misunderstandings.
