Ayo Balogun better known as “Wizkid” in the Music Industry dominated the 12th Edition of Headies Awards which came off on Saturday at Eko Convention Centre, Victoria Island.

Starboy conquered the event by winning two Awards in different categories comprising the Best R & B and Pop Album with his hit Album Sounds from the Other side, Come closer also took the Best Music Video as well as his hit single “ Ma Lo” with Africa’s bad girl “ Tiwa Savage also winning the Best Collaboration . Capping it off was winning the Headies Viewers Choice Awards “ Come closer”
But many fans and sympathizers were disappointed not to have seen their favorite Artist go home with the “ Artist of the Year “
